Hallmark 2025 Countdown To Christmas Sequels Update

Hallmark Channel spoilers and updates reveal during the recent launch of Connie Britton’s heartfelt reality series, The Motherhood, Wes Brown revealed that he won’t be spending Mother’s Day at home this year. Instead, he’s busy filming the third installment of the popular Countdown To Christmas romcom, Haul Out The Holly.

Making A Christmas Movie Already

On Thursday, Hallmark hosted a special May Day lunch for the launch of The Motherhood; Wes Brown, known as Hallmark Hunk, attended the event. He mentioned that he won’t be home for Mother’s Day this year, as his wife Amanda Maye Brown will celebrate with their daughter.

While this is sad for his family, it’s great news for fans of Christmas movies because Wes will be busy filming Haul Out The Holly 3.

He didn’t reveal this right away, instead focusing on his absence for Mother’s Day- he said, ‘Fortunately and unfortunately, but mostly fortunately, I won’t be here for Mother’s Day. I’ll be off for work, so I’ll be able to send a nice bouquet of flowers or something.’

The Question Had Been Asked If There Was Going To Be A Third Movie In The Series

When asked about the possibility of a third Haul Out The Holly movie, Wes laughed and confirmed, “Yes, we are starting the third one soon, which means I’ll miss Mother’s Day. I wish I could be home with my wife, but I’m excited to go back to the set with the cast, who are fantastic characters both in reality and in the film.”

This will be Wes’s second Countdown To Christmas film in 2025, along with A Newport Christmas featuring Ginna Claire Mason. They recently recorded a song for this movie in Nashville. It seems the network likes to do their Christmas movie-making early.

When Will The New Movie Premiere?

Hallmark is set to film Haul Out The Holly 3 with Wes Brown and likely Lacey Chabert-although the network hasn’t officially announced it yet, we can expect news soon.

Christmas movie fans might wonder when they can watch this holiday film; it’s too early for the announcement when they’ve not even started it’s filming yet.

Even when the announcement comes, a premiere date won’t be revealed right away, as Hallmark typically waits until September to share their Countdown To Christmas schedule.

However, it’s expected that the third Haul Out The Holly movie will air around Thanksgiving, which is when Hallmark usually releases its biggest films. This year, Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 27, a time when Hallmark traditionally debuts many holiday movies.
