Hallmark Channel Chesapeake Shores Recap Sunday, September 15: Breaking Hearts and Playing Parts – Kevin And Jess Elope; Is Abby Moving On?

An all new Hallmark Channel Chesapeake Shores kicks off with Abby Obrien (Meghan Ory), Jess Obrien (Laci J. Mailey), and Bree Obrien (Emilie Ullerup) are cleaning up after a roof leak.

Abby doesn’t want to get back with Trace Riley (Jesse Metcalfe). The kids suggest Trace help fit the sets for the play. Later the three discuss Kevin Obrien (Brendan Penny) and Sarah Mercer’s (Jessica Sipos) decision to elope. Abby and Jay Ross (Greyston Holt) later check out the sets. David Peck (Carlo Marks) and Jess arrive as well. David wanted to celebrate on the ship before they open the inn. David and Jess recreate the iconic Titanic moment on the ship.

Chesapeake Shores Recap – Trace Repairs The Sets

Chesapeake Shores’ Trace is with his parents, Lawrence Riley (Tom Butler) and Dee Riley (Karen Kruper), celebrating his father’s birthday. Trace is at the club with Emma Rogers (Lanie McAuley) when Mark Hall (Jerry Trimble) approaches her. Emma turns Mark’s offer down. Jay approaches Trace at The Bridge and asks for his help. Trace agrees when he finds out Abby’s daughter’s suggested him. Trace arrives to help repair the sets. Abby is happy that Trace is helping.

Abby takes the girls to rehearsal. Abby and the teacher discuss her former relationship with Trace. The teacher invites Abby to dinner. Abby agrees to lunch. Trace and his mother later spend the day together. Trace doesn’t like that Abby is moving on with someone else. Trace’s mom encourages him not to give up on finding love again. Trace and Emma work on her song after the club closes. Emma stops singing and Trace kisses her.

Trace apologizes for the kiss. Trace and Emma talk the next day about the kiss. Emma asks why Trace came back to town. Trace talks to Emma about Abby. Emma tells Trace about the record deal. Trace is upset that Emma wasn’t honest with him. Trace walks away.

Chesapeake Shores Spoilers – Mick And Megan Grow Closer

Chesapeake Shores’ Mick Obrien (Treat Williams) and Megan Obrien (Barbara Niven) are having dinner. Megan wants to work on wedding plans for Kevin and Sarah. Mick wants to enjoy their time together. Mick and Abby later discuss his problem with his contractor. Abby talks to Mick about helping repair the ship for the school play. Mick gives Megan a rose to apologize for canceling their date. Mick explains that things are changing. Mick and Megan discuss possible grandkids.

Hallmark Channel News – David And Jess Argue

Chesapeake Shores’ David and Jess want Connor Obrien (Andrew Francis) to help solve a problem for them. Connor needs help. Connor tells Jess about Danielle’s (Britt Irvin) declaration of love. Kevin is moving his stuff into Sarah’s house. Connor and Danielle talk. Connor tells Danielle he loves her. Connor and Danielle visit Jess and David along with Bree. Bree is determined to help them make their decision between the couch and daybed. David and Jess decide to keep both and put them in another room.

Bree breaks down over her break-up with Simon Atwater (Oliver Rice). Abby and the teacher later join everyone for lunch at the café. Nell later talks to Connor about his relationship with Danielle. Connor and Danielle later have dinner. Connor realizes that Danielle doesn’t like his family very much. Connor and Danielle discuss their relationship. Connor thinks he and Danielle want different things

Chesapeake Shores Recap – Kevin And Jess’ Announcement

Chesapeake Shores’ Megan discusses the future with Nell Obrien (Diane Ladd). Megan wants to talk to the kids, Nell advises her to have food. Meghan and Mick set up a dinner for the family. Kevin and Sarah announce they just got married. Everyone is shocked by this development. Megan is upset she didn’t get to plan the wedding. Mick is later advised to hire a firm to help deal with his legal issues. Megan later visits the school play rehearsal. Kevin and Sarah talk to the family about a wedding reception. Megan readily agrees.

Bree Makes Changes To Her Play

Chesapeake Shore’s Bree and her director Hannah Urso (Marci T. House) watch a rehearsal of her play. Hannah is not happy with the changes and wants Bree to fix it. Bree decides after her break-down that she has ruined her play. The family tries to convince her otherwise and hugs her. Bree changes the ending and Hannah approves.
