Hallmark Channel News: Chesapeake Shores’ Meghan Ory Talks Motherhood, Pregnancy And Fate Of Trabby

Chesapeake Shores’ season four spoilers all but confirmed that Abby O’Brien (Meghan Ory) and Trace Riley (Jesse Metcalfe) aren’t going to reunite. Bad news for Chessies, our hopes for a Trabby fairytale have been dashed.

Meghan Ory sat down with Parade recently in an exclusive interview to talk about ‘Chesapeake Shores’ fourth season, motherhood and pregnancy. Ory is expecting her a baby girl in early October 2019. The actress and husband John Reardon are parents to a 2-year-old boy. She’s buying lots of baby stuff, including onesies and bathtubs Ory revealed in the interview.

Right now, Ory and Reardon are calling Newfoundland home. “My husband is the lead in a series that films here (Charlie Hudson, Hudson & Rex),” Ory said.  “I’m taking care of our baby and supporting him while he works, as he did for me the last few years. He came to the island while I was filming and took care of the baby, so now we’re switching a little bit and doing the handoff.”

Hallmark Channel News – Abby O’Brien Decided To Put Her Career First

Asked how if her two-year-old son is excited about becoming a big brother, Meghan talked about how she has been preparing him for the arrival of his baby sister.

“Oh, yes. He knows all about the baby. He likes to give the baby kisses and he likes to drive his little cars gently on my stomach because he wants to play with the baby. Yeah, it’s pretty cute. I’m hoping he feels the same when she comes out and is crying loudly during his playtime or nap time.”

Time for Ory to talk about Abby and Trace and if a reunion is worth it. Putting career above all else, Trace went on tour. Realizing that Abby might not be waiting for him, the singer/songwriter cut the tour short and headed home.
