Hallmark Channel news states that one new movie that fans will see in July 2022 includes “My Grown-Up Christmas List.” Starring Kevin McGarry (Nathan Grant, When Calls the Heart) and Kayla Wallace (Fiona Miller, When Calls the Heart), this will be the second Hallmark movie that the actors star in together. As Hearties might recall, the WCTH stars appeared in “Feeling Butterflies,” which premiered earlier this year.

“My Grown-Up Christmas List” is based on David Foster and Amy Grant’s holiday song of the same name. Wallace plays Taylor, a journalist who has come home after being away for several years. Taylor’s mother passed away, so she returns to her hometown to help her grandfather with his Christmas store.

McGarry portrays Luke, a military man who comes home to spend the holidays with his family. After Luke and Taylor meet, they fall in love. However, the couple will have to work as a team to overcome obstacles to make their Christmas wish come true.

“My Grown-Up Christmas List” premieres on Saturday, July 9 on the Hallmark Channel.

Another new holiday movie that fans will see in July is “Campfire Christmas.” The movie stars Tori Anderson (Kate Whistler, NCIS: Hawai’i), Corbin Bleu (Jeffrey King, One Life to Live), and Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman (Andre Stevens, American Horror Story).

The movie follows Peyton (Anderson) and her closest friends. When Peyton’s family hosts a holiday-themed reunion before selling their summer camp, romances are rekindled.

Hallmark Channel news states that “Christmas in Toyland” stars Vanessa Lengies (Erica Mounir, Turner & Hooch) and Jesse Hutch (Agent Russell Tavaroff, Batwoman). The synopsis explains that the movie follows a toy store data analyst. The character will try to save hundreds of jobs before Christmas.

“Christmas in Toyland” premieres on Saturday, July 23.
