The Hallmark Christmas movie is about the founders of Cranberry Lane, who are married. While the public believes they are a happily married couple, Dawn Hughes (Nikki DeLoach) and Gabe Hughes (Ben Ayres) are secretly separated. They are at the point where they are both ready to end their marriage. However, fate might have a different plan.

Gabe and Dawn have to keep up the facade that they are happily married on a TV show. They agree to put on the act for a few more days because business comes first. While they pretend to be lovey-dovey on screen, they remember why they fell in love. They begin to reconnect and it seems like they could end up back together. However, there is a complication. They have very different career paths and it could tear them apart forever. Which will they choose? Career or marriage?
