Hallmark Channel news teases that in April 2022, Hearties will get to see a new rom-com called “Love, Classified.” It is teased that this movie is a story about love, family and commitment in all its different forms. Hallmark Channel News – About ‘Love, Classified’
Hallmark Channel news states that “Love, Classified” began filming in Vancouver this week. Despite it just beginning to film, fans will be able to watch it in April. So, that’s not too long to wait.
As for what the movie is about, it follows a romance novelist named Emilia (Melora Hardin). Described as a whirlwind who crashes back into the lives of her grown children, she is trying to reconnect. However, Emilia comes back into her children’s lives under the pretense of a book signing in the town’s local bookstore.

It is also teased that Emilia’s grown son, Zach (Max Lloyd-Jones) tries to heal old wounds. Meanwhile, Emilia’s daughter, Taylor (Katherine McNamara) gets matched with a woman who changes the way she’s always perceived love. Weaved into this story is an app that was created to use old-fashioned human connections via classified ads.
Hallmark Channel News – Casting Details of New Hallmark Movie
In addition to Hardin, Lloyd-Jones and McNamara, fans will also see Arienne Mandi, Matthew Kevin Anderson, Baraka Rahmani and Rohain Arora. The casting details also list Matina Birtch, Jamall Johnson, John Gillich, Dominic Fugere, Mike Crestejo, Abraham Asto, Marcus Curtis and Levon Kendall.
Hardin appeared in The Bold Type, A Million Little Things, Transparent, The Blacklist and Falling Skies.
McNamara’s acting credits include The Flash, The Burned Photo, The Stand, Arrow, Batwoman, Supergirl, Shadowhunters and The Fosters.
Lloyd-Jones might be recognized by Hearties for playing the role of Tom Thornton in When Calls the Heart. The actor was also in Reign, Once Upon a Time, Mistresses, Adventures in Babysitting, iZombie and Scream: The TV Series.
