New reports say that actress Erin Krakow will be getting her own Hallmark Movies and Mysteries sleuthing movie. Here’s what we know so far.

Reports tease that Erin will star in a series called “The Royal Mysteries.” And while one would assume that the series would have something to do with the British royals (hello, Meghan Markle), it’s actually focusing on a different kind of royal family, but an interesting one nonetheless. In other words, this is one that you won’t want to miss.

According to a press release, “The original story sets thrilling mysteries against the backdrop of a Royal family. As an employee of the Oldavian Embassy, Tanya (Krakow) finds herself caught up in a web of intrigue, deceit and murder. She joins forces with James, the Prince of Oldavia, and together they set out to uncover the truth behind the mysterious death of the prominent Oldavian Ambassador.”

Hallmark Channel News – Erin Misses Working With Lori Loughlin

Meanwhile, Erin Krakow has admitted that she misses her “best friend” Lori Loughlin as the two of them used to work often together behind the scenes at the Hallmark network. As many fans know, Lori was fired from the channel after reports indicated that she and her husband Mossimo Giannulli (of Target t-shirt fame), were indicted for apparently bribing college admission administrators to accept their daughters, Olivia and Isabella, into prestigious universities. Lori’s When Calls the Heart character was written out of the show shortly after the scandal made headlines.

“I miss her very much. Yeah, she’s my best, best friend, so that was hard not having her there, obviously,” Krakow said, according to Entertainment Tonight. “We were happy to see that the fans continued to support the show and rally around us, and we’ve really felt that love, so thank you.”
