In fact, they will play brother and sister in a new Hallmark movie, A Merry Scottish Christmas. Airing as part of Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas, the new movie will premiere later this year.

The movie A Merry Scottish Christmas sees estranged siblings, Lindsay (Chabert) and Brad (Wolf) travel to Scotland at Christmas to reunite with their mother, Jo (Fiona Bell). Meanwhile, amid the whole drama and reunion, a big family secret is revealed.

Lacey Chabert and Scott Wolf played the roles of brother and sister, Claudia Salinger and Bailey Salinger in Party of Five, a series that centered around five orphaned siblings. When the series ended its six-season run in 2000, Chabert went on to star in the popular Mean Girls. She also went on to become one of Hallmark’s most popular stars, with more than 30 movies under her belt.

As for Wolf, he went on to star in Everwood, The Nine, V, The Night Shift, Perception and Nancy Drew. He also starred in A Christmas Love Story on Hallmark Channel with Kristin Chenoweth.

In a statement, Chabert said, “Scott and I have talked for years about doing another project together,” adding, “When we first read this story about these siblings at a crossroads, we both knew it was the perfect opportunity.”

According to Variety, Wolf added, “Working with Lacey on Party of Five was one of my favorite experiences ever. Reuniting after all of these years to tell such a beautiful story together is a dream that I’m so glad is coming true.”

So far, no date has been reported for the premiere of A Merry Scottish Christmas, but it is certainly something to look forward to on Hallmark Channel.
