Hunter King is known for her former role as Summer Newman on The Young & the Restless and also for being a new Hallmark actress. While she is enjoying her acting career, King recently posted a fun video on her Instagram. She introduced her followers to a “very special person” that came into her life 23 years ago, her sister Kelli.

Fans will remember Hunter King’s role as Summer Newman on the Young & the Restless, a role she played for 10 years. She also enjoyed her part in Life in Pieces and her latest role in a movie on Hallmark Channel.

Meanwhile, rumors are swirling that Hunter is in a new romance with Andy McNeil after they visited Disneyland and Whistler, BC, together. For anyone that doesn’t know, King and her former fiancé, Nico Svoboda broke up in 2020. Hunter met Nico on the set of The Young & the Restless, where he worked on the other side of the camera.

While she enjoys her success, it seems King has more than her acting talent to thank for her wonderful life. In fact, Hunter shared a fun video on her Instagram, where she reveals how excited she was to meet a special person 23 years ago.

The Young & The Restless alum has been open about her struggles with anxiety and depression in the past. However, in a new video, she is all smiles and giggles, in which she pays tribute to something that changed her life for the better.

While Hunter has many close friends, including former Y&R co-star Courtney Hope (Sally), it is her sister who gets a shout-out in the post.

King captioned a video, “23 years ago my life got a lot better and a whole lot funnier.” In fact, she recalls that at only six years of age, she was very excited to meet her new younger sister, Kelli. The caption continued:

I knew the moment I laid eyes on you that we’d be best friends.

As they grew up together their bond got even closer and Hunter acknowledges how right she was, by writing: “Damn was I smart.” Meanwhile, to honor her sister Kelli’s 23rd birthday, she shared a sweet message:

To say I feel lucky to call you my little sister would be a massive understatement. Thank you for filling my life with so much joy. Happy birthday buddy I love you.
