As recently reported, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries has been rebranded as Hallmark Mystery and will be concentrating on sleuthing from now on. To keep sleuthers happy, two new mysteries are set to premiere in April with familiar faces.
One features Alison Sweeney in One Bad Apple: A Hannah Swensen Mystery and the other is Curious Caterer: Foiled Plans with Nikki De Loach and Andrew Walker. Read on to find out more about the upcoming movies and when they premiere.
Alison Sweeney in One Bad Apple: A Hannah Swensen Mystery on Hallmark
One of Hallmark Mysteries fans’ favorites is Alison Sweeney as Hannah Swensen. While previously, the series was known as Murder She Baked, it has also had a rebrand and will introduce Victor Webster to the series.
Hallmark fans will recall Alison Sweeney with Victor Webster in the Wedding Veil trilogies. Now, they are back together, but this time to solve a mystery.

According to the official synopsis, Hannah meets a new side of law and order as she investigates a murder and crosses paths with by-the-books prosecuting attorney, Chad Norton. Meanwhile, Delores has a secret.
Other returning stars in the new movie include Barbara Niven as Delores, Lisa Durupt as Andrea and Tess Atkins as Michelle.

The second April treat is the new mystery movie, Curious Caterer: Foiled Plans, starring Nikki DeLoach and Andrew Walker. DeLoach returns as Goldy, while Walker is back as Tom, both working on a case together.
According to the synopsis, Goldy Berry’s Medieval feast at Hyde Castle is interrupted by a murder. Once again, Goldy teams up with Detective Schultz to solve the mystery before the killer strikes again.
When do the new movies premiere on Hallmark Mystery?
One Bad Apple: A Hannah Swensen Mystery premieres on Friday, April 5, 2024, at 9 pm, ET, on Hallmark Mystery.
Meanwhile, Curious Caterer: Foiled Plans is set to premiere on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 9 pm ET on Hallmark Mystery.
