Summer is coming to an end on the Hallmark Channel, with the Fall Harvest 2021 programming event just days away. A list of popular romantic movies starts in a big way with the new, original film Roadhouse Romance, starring Lauren Alaina and Tyler Hynes. Hallmark Channel – Roadhouse Romance On the Hallmark Channel

Roadhouse Romance stars country singer Lauren Alaina as Lieutenant Callie Jackson. Callie has been serving her country on a two-year tour of duty. However, when she returns home, she finds a lot has changed. In fact, this is the first time she has been home since her beloved grandfather passed away, who was the owner of Tucker’s Roadhouse, the cradle of country music.

Tucker’s Roadhouse is famous for its great music, ambiance and barbeque. However, while Callie was away, her mother and aunt lost the recipe for Tucker’s secret BBQ sauce. Naturally, this is a major problem, but Callie steps in to help the family get ready for the fall festival, because the restaurant needs all the help it can get.

Meanwhile, TV producer Luke (Tyler Hynes) is traveling with his manager and friend and is on the way to meet his girlfriend, who is filming in Nashville close by. However, they are unexpectedly delayed at Tucker’s Roadhouse. This leads to a serendipitous moment for Callie and Luke as both begin to see that what is most important to them in their lives is already right in front of them.

Hallmark Channel – About The Cast

Lauren Alaina is likely best known as an American Idol runner-up. However, since appearing on the show, she has been working on her music, but also dabbling with acting on the side. In Roadhouse Romance, fans will get to see Lauren perform two new songs, “Run” and “What Do You Think Of”, both of which will be on her new album.

Meanwhile, Tyler Hynes is well known on the Hallmark Channel and recently starred with Lacey Chabert in Sweet Carolina. He has also starred in many holiday favorites, including the cleverly titled films, It’s Christmas, Eve and On the 12th Date of Christmas. Tyler is also a director, producer and musician.

Hallmark Channel – When Does Roadhouse Romance Premiere?

Right at the start of the Fall Harvest programming event, Roadhouse Romance premieres on Saturday, September 11 at 9 pm ET/PT on the Hallmark Channel. The movie will also be available to view on Hallmark On Demand the following day and will encore during the programming event. Check your local listings for details.
