It promises a spellbinding and magical family affair. We also get a glimpse of what exactly is in those satchels that were discovered last season. Hallmark Channel Releases Synopsis

Crown Media released the synopsis for The Good Witch season 7, which airs on one of its networks, the Hallmark Channel. Now, fans had to wait longer for the show to be renewed this time. However, that is more likely due to the pandemic since the network seemed to postpone renewal announcements on its other shows. The synopsis is as follows:

“The velvet pouches of soil discovered by Cassie, Abigail, and Joy at the end of last season mark the start of a new Merriwick mystery for the cousins to unravel that leads them reflecting on their pasts and how learning how certain life events have impacted who they are now. Alongside the usual Middleton fun viewers have come to love, new relationships, personal challenges, and romance are in store, making Season 7 one fans will never forget.”

The new season is going to kick off on the Hallmark Channel on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at 9pm ET.

Teaser Promises Magical Family Affair

The Good Witch season 7 spoilers reveal that the video clip shows Cassie Nightingale (Catherine Bell), Abigail Pershing (Sarah Power), and Joy Harper (Katherine Barrell) dumping out all of their little satchels. It seems that they don’t find much in them. At least, that is what it appears to be. In the world of magic, sometimes there is much more than meets the eye.

We will see the characters go on some water adventures, which is probably related to the search into where exactly these satchels came from. At one point in the clip, they all make a celebratory toast. As for Joy, she gets jolted awake by a dream and it doesn’t look like a pleasant one. In fact, she seems scared and alarmed by whatever she saw.

Cassie, Abigail, and Joy will definitely be focused on the satchel mystery. However, there are also other storylines. Plus, there are all the other characters to catch up with. So, we have no doubt that this is going to be yet another magical season! Are you looking forward to seeing the show again?       I would like for joys character to have been younger. It's starting to feel like an older ladies version of Charmed. I much preferred the series when it was Cassie and her step children, daughter and cousin Abby. These three relatives are so similar now it's becoming boring.
