WCTH Star Chris McNally Features In A Hallmark Christmas Movie Cameo

As Countdown to Christmas fans know well, WCTH star, Chris McNally has starred in a number of Hallmark Christmas movies. These include Snowkissed, A Winter Princess, A Tail of Love and The Sweetest Heart. However, did you notice that the actor who plays Lucas Bouchard in When Calls the Heart enjoyed a cameo shot in one of this year’s holiday movies? Read on to find out which Hallmark movie sneaked McNally in as a cameo.

WCTH star Chris McNally makes a surprise appearance

Sadly for Hearties, When Calls the Heart isn’t featuring a Christmas special this year. However, this doesn’t mean that the popular show’s stars have been absent from festive movies. In fact, a movie from Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas featured WCTH star Chris McNally in a cameo. Admittedly, the cast list on the official IMDb page for the movie does list the actor as “photographer.”

That movie is Christmas Class Reunion, starring Aimee Teegarden and Tanner Novlan as former high school classmates. However, when they meet again at their 15-year reunion, they find love. In the movie, McNally can be hilariously spotted dressed as an elf, while taking photos with Santa.

Other Hallmark stars with Countdown to Christmas cameo

It seems Chris McNally wasn’t alone in making a cameo in this year’s Hallmark Christmas movies. In fact, Pascale Hutton, who plays Rosemary Coulter on WCTH, was featured in We Wish You a Married Christmas. If you missed it, she played the marriage counselor that helps Kristoffer Polaha’s characters reconnect during the holidays.

Meanwhile, Hallmark star Kimberly Sustad made a cameo appearance as a doctor in Three Wise Men and a Baby. Moreover, another Hallmark staple, Eric Mabius enjoyed a cameo in Haul Out the Holly. Of course, Where Calls the Heart star Jack Wagner played Bill Avery in A Big Fat Family Christmas.

WCTH stars on other networks for Christmas

Hearties will recall Paul Greene, who played Carson Shepherd on the show before leaving after season 8. He went on to star in I’m Glad It’s Christmas on Great American Family. Moreover, he also starred in Fit for Christmas on CBS.

Meanwhile, Daniel Lissing, who played Jack Thornton, appeared in Catering Christmas on Great American Family. Also, Kevin McGarry and Kayla Wallace starred in the Christmas in July movie, My Grown-Up Christmas List.
