When calls the Heart Season 9 didn’t remain a secret for very long, as Erin Krakow (Elizabeth Thornton)  announced it on social media. Well, filming started, and it felt like Hallmark fans waited forever for the previews. Now that a teaser arrived, Erin shared about it on her Instagram on December 14. Of course, fans discussed it in the comment section.

The popular show completed filming for the new season in October. Executive Producer Brian Bird tweeted that season 9 will have 12 episodes. At the time, director Siobhan Devine said that there will be big changes in Hope Valley. Well, fans hope that one major change will be Elizabeth finally deciding which guy she loves the most. After all, there are two men involved in the love triangle. In Season 8, fans waited for her to choose between Lucas (Chris McNally), and Nathan, (Kevin McGarry.)

When  Siobhan Devine talked about Season 9 of When calls the Heart, she never gave away any spoilers. She told Cheat Sheet, “there’s lots and lots of stuff going on.’ Well, that doesn’t say much at all, but rumors arose that Lori Loughlin might return and reprise her role of Abigail Stanton. That never happened, but she did join the cast of When Hope Calls for Season 2. Other spoilers that emerged revealed that fans will see some industrialization take place, with the return of Wyman Walden (Wesley Salter).

When Calls The Heart Spoilers – Teaser For Season 9

Erin Krakow took to her Instagram and shared the teaser. In her caption, she wrote, “We’re on cloud 9 that @wcth_tv is returning to @hallmarkchannel in the new year! Thanks @entertainmenttonight for this exclusive first look!” Well, it’s not a very long clip, but Hallmark fans saw plenty of PDA going down between her and  Lucas Bouchard. It starts off with them being extremely cozy in a hot air balloon. Then, a bit more of the same continues, and Lucas tells her, “trust me.”

When calls the Heart star Erin says to Lucas, looking for reassurance, “Are you sure?” Well, he tells her,“I have never been more sure.”  So, possibly he finally proposed. Recall, last season fans saw them kissing with a lot of passion on a bridge. Later, they took their romance to the saloon where they drank a lot of champagne. Well, the teaser might not really reflect a happy ending. After all, fans saw Elizabeth on the cusp of happiness many times, before and it all unraveled.

When calls the Heart fans took to the comments section. One of them wrote, “I’m not sure how many times I’ve watched this, but I will keep watching it until my face hurts from the joy it brings me😅❤️.” Then another fan said, “We can’t wait!! Lucas and Elizabeth are so beautiful together and such a power couple!🔥❤️🔥.” This comment also arrived: “OMG!! I love it!! Our beautiful beloved couple!!
