Speaking to Entertainment Tonight’s Deidre Behar, Krakow said that she misses Vancouver, Hope Valley, doing what she loves each day, and most of all, the people she works with. The actress wasn’t just talking about her co-stars, but everyone who works on the Hallmark TV show, both in front and behind the camera.

Last week, Krakow confirmed that she flew to Canada on Instagram. The actress has been on the show from the very beginning — for the past seven seasons — and was excited to get back to work. In the photo on the social networking site, Krakow was wearing a mask in her airline seat and had stuck a post-it note on it, which had a smiley face drawn on it.

Like many others who are returning to sets across the world, masks are required when Krakow gets to the set, But first, she will have to quarantine for two weeks, answer medical questions, and successfully pass a health screening. Krakow added that there will be “lots of new rules and protocol” along with social distancing. She explained,

“We’re operating in pods, [meaning] teams of people generally in the same department, and will be working to avoid crossover between them as much as possible. We’re aiming to film scenes outdoors as much as possible. And yes, masks for everyone but the actors in scenes.”

Hallmark Channel News – When Will Season 8 Premiere?

While Krakow couldn’t give a definite date on when we could see WCTH season 8 to premiere, the actress did say they are mostly on track when it comes to the filming schedule. She is confident that fans will see the show sometime in early 2021.

“We’re actually starting relatively early this year to take advantage of some of Vancouver’s gorgeous summer weather. As far as I know, season 8 will be back on your screens in early 2021.”
