When Calls the Heart star Andrea Brooks has shared some great news with her fans on Instagram. She shared a photo of the latest addition to her and her husband, Riley Graydon’s family. In fact, the Hallmark family’s newest addition is a son named Levon.

Hearties can now celebrate with When Calls the Heart star Andrea Brooks, 33, as she shared the first image of her baby son, Levon, on Instagram. In the image, Andrea is holding her newborn baby while doing skin-to-skin bonding. Moreover, the post, made on Saturday, December 17, was captioned with a simple white heart emoji.

Meanwhile, Brook’s fellow Hallmark stars were quick to congratulate her and her husband Riley on the new addition to their family. Lacey Chabert commented, writing, “Congratulations!!❤” while fellow WCTH star Erin Krakow wrote, “So happy for you guys!!!”

Andrea wed Riley in 2018 and they welcomed their daughter, Viola, 3, in November 2019. She went on to announce news of her second pregnancy in November, after keeping the news under wraps until then.

Talking to Entertainment Tonight last month about her pregnancy, Brooks said, “The cat’s officially out of the bag!” adding:

All in all, I’m feeling great! It’s definitely a lot different the second time around as I know what to expect. Surprisingly, I’ve had a lot less cravings with this pregnancy. Right now, I’m finding myself eating veggies with hummus at all hours of the day, and I’ve also started drinking big cups of hot chocolate every time we do night shoots at work.

The Supergirl alum was asked how Viola reacted to the news of a new baby, to which Andrea said, “She’s very excited!” She added:

A lot of her little friends have welcomed siblings over the past year, so I think she has a general idea of what to expect.

However, the When Calls the Heart star did add that Viola wasn’t all that enthusiastic when she told her she would be a big sister, adding:

In fact, I remember she looked me square in the eyes and said, ‘Yes mama, I know! I told you!’

I’m assuming since she watched her friends become big brothers and sisters, she just figured that was in the cards for our family, too. It definitely was not an emotional TikTok-worthy moment.

Filming When Calls the Heart while pregnant

Brooks, who plays Dr. Faith Carter in When Calls the Heart, continued filming throughout her pregnancy. At one stage, the Romance to the Rescue star wrote on Instagram, “Bumping my way across the finish line.” In her caption, she said, “Last day of shooting for season 10.” She added that she couldn’t have done it without the support she had from the “incredible cast and crew.”

Meanwhile, in the post from November 16, Andrea added, “Love you guys to pieces. Thank you @hallmarkchannel for continuing to allow us to tell stories from Hope Valley. Season 11 would be… heaven?”
