When Calls The Heart spoilers and updates tease that Erin Krakow and Chris McNally dropped hints as to where their characters’ relationship is heading to. In an interview with ET, Krakow teased that their alter ego’s may get engaged. However, the actress nor the show didn’t make any confirmation.

During the interview, the actress, who plays Elizabeth Thornton, showed her left hand and the ring that she’s been wearing since season 1.

“I took it off temporarily when I was wearing the engagement ring and wedding band from Jack, rest his character’s soul, and it’s back. So maybe something will replace it on my left hand this season. We will see,” the actress teased.

Meanwhile, McNally said that Lucas knew from the start that Elizabeth was the person he wants to spend the rest of his life with. But the actor admitted that he has no idea whether an actual marriage proposal will happen or not.

In the show’s latest episode, Elizabeth and Lucas Bouchard will share a kiss after a main street car accident takes place, which will both annoy and amuse the locals.

A lot of changes have been happening in Hope Valley and some locals are not happy about it. Some of the locals didn’t like the effects of industrialization. They complained about the unfriendly newcomers and the traffic jams, too.

Devine has nothing but good things to say about the people on the set of When Calls The Heart. She said the people on set were “just as nice in real life as they are on TV.” She did encounter difficulties while shooting the latest season but it involved the different storylines and the large ensemble cast.

She shared that there are several storylines to monitor. She had to make sure that everyone’s story was told. She added that the story won’t work if they missed something.

“So that’s the most challenging part of such a big cast with so many stories, to make sure that each story gets its due.”
