When Calls The Heart Star Erin Krakow On ‘Exciting, Dramatic, Romantic’ Season 10

While Hearties still have a long wait for When Calls the Heart season 10 to premiere on July 30, its star, Erin Krakow, has shared her thoughts on the new season. Talking to TV Insider, Krakow said season 10 is going to be “epic.” In fact, she said it will be a “very exciting, dramatic, romantic season.” While discussing her new Hallmark movie, The Wedding Cottage, Erin said, “It’s really jam-packed, and I’m very proud of it.”

Meanwhile, the actress who plays Elizabeth Thornton is also an executive producer on WCTH, for which she is “so grateful.” As recently reported, When Calls the Heart has already been renewed for season 11, with the filming of its 12 episodes set to start in July before season 10 even drops.

Meanwhile, Lisa Hamilton Daly, Executive Vice President, Programming also had good words to say about season 11. In fact, as the eleventh season was announced, she said:

Season 1 feels like a lifetime ago and sort of just yesterday all at once. It’s this bizarre feeling. But it was a really exhausting and incredible chapter of my life.

Meanwhile, The Wedding Cottage star says she continues to feel “so proud to be a part of When Calls the Heart. Moreover, she is also grateful that Hearties have kept the show going all these years.

Krakow told TV Insider that she thinks season 1 was filmed in 2013, and aired in 2014, which was a long time ago. She added that it was such a long time ago and that the show has evolved since then. However, looking back she feels a “lot of pride to be a part of it.”

With season 11 filming before season 10 even airs, Hearties are proud that the actress who plays Elizabeth Thornton is going to be around for a long time.
