As part of the network’s It’s A Wonderful Lifetime programming event, The Dog Days of Christmas tell the story of a woman taking a break from her job with a global non-profit. However, on returning to her hometown, she bumps into her old high school debate partner and fosters three dogs. The Dog Days of Christmas on Lifetime

According to Futon Critic, The Dog Days of Christmas see Annie Blake (Georgia Flood) returning home to visit her family at Christmas. While there, she decides to help three stray dogs get adopted before heading back to her career working for a global non-profit. However, when she bumps into a local veterinarian and her former high school debate partner, Dylan Hawkes (Ezekiel Simat), they team up to save an animal rescue.

While seeking homes for the three dogs, Annie ultimately discovers that finding love and making a difference in the world can happen right there at home.

Originally titled Sit. Stay. Love., The Dog Days of Christmas features Georgia Flood as Annie Blake and the actress is known for her roles in Nautilus and American Princess. Meanwhile, Annie’s former debate partner, Dylan Hawkes is played by Ezekiel Simat, known for his roles in Zombie Therapy and The Girlfriend Project.

Anthony Phelan plays Dan Blake and has been seen in Wellmania and Significant Others. Meanwhile, Christine Amor plays Aunt Claire and is known for her roles in H2O: Just Add Water and Cybergirl. Kaushik Das plays Gary and has starred in The Bureau of Magical Things and Phoenix Rising. Moreover, Charlotte Stent, who plays Iris has been seen in Bluey and Combat Wombat, Meanwhile, Anna McGahan plays the role of Remy and has previously starred in Darby and Joan and Sunshine.

According to the official IMDb page, other stars include Leon Cain as William, who is known for his roles in Safe Harbour and Sock And Buskin.  Moreover, Ling Cooper Tang, who plays Stacy and has starred in Ticket To Paradise and Mystery Road: Origin.
