Married at First Sight star, Aleks Markovic who gained a lot of attention during her season due to her deciding to take a straight-talk approach to her marriage with Ivan Sarakula. Recently she revealed that she took matters in her own hands when a troll took things way too far.

On Wednesday, she went on the podcast, reality TV & Me where she talked about how she had been receiving a lot of hate messages on her social media accounts. She labeled one as the being the worst which was a message from a man’s business account, which included a horrible message.

She went on to explain, “He messaged me from a business account, I think he was a plasterer or something, and he was from my hometown and he just said ‘I hope your family dies of coronavirus’.”

She usually deals with trolls by deleting and block the trolls from her Social Media account but this time she decided to get some revenge on her this troll. She went on to say, “So I kind of took a screenshot, I put it on my story (on Instagram) for my thousands of followers (to see) and made sure his business went under. And I think the page was deleted after that.”

She continued by saying, “Say anything you want about me but do not talk about my family. That was my final straw. Everyone else I have blocked and deleted, I will not name and shame. But this guy owns a business, how dare he talk like this and be still raking in the benefits of being a business owner and making money.”

Married At First Sight Spoilers – Blocking Trolls From Social Media

Her season airing again only caused her to have to block more people from her social media account as the number of trolls only continued to grow. During the podcast, she stated, “My block list is definitely sitting at about… maybe 700 people.” Some of her co-stars have also received backlash from their season airing in the United States, and some of the American viewers have been trolling the stars.

This includes Michael Goonan, Stacey Hampton, and Tash Herz. Michael told Fifi, Fav & Byron about how he had to relieve the events of the season due to the season airing again and the comments from some of the American viewers. “I’m getting Yankee insults now… it’s reliving a horrible experience.”
