The former AFL star and MAFS star, Seb Guilhaus, was recently seen at Seacliff Beach in Adelaide with a few of his clients as he helped to get them in shape through a training session on Monday. The training session seemed to involve a couple of workouts that included them running, doing planks as well as side planks, and doing sit-ups. The thirty-one-year-old is a well know and popular trainer, so it is no surprise that he would continue to help others stay fit during this timeframe.

Married At First Sight Spoilers – Elizabeth Sobinoff Misses Seb Guilhaus

Recently, Seb’s girlfriend, Lizzie, talked about her own heartache as she talked about how difficult it has been for her to be forced to live away from her boyfriend, Seb. The separation comes from the two of them being self-isolated in different cities because of state border closures. The twenty-nine-year-old recently shared some photos of her boyfriend, Seb, to her Instagram. On Monday, she wrote the pictures with the caption, “I’m not physically with you right now; it’s incredibly hard.”

She continued by writing, “I’m so proud of us and how we navigate our lives together. Being so close but so far. So far away. But I’m yours. You’re mine. Thank you to everyone that has encouraged and been respectful of our relationship. Seb, we got this.” She went on to talk about how their relationship and wrote, “Many layers to each other, we have communication and dedication, there is definitely more to us than what meets the eye. Seb, you are my man, my king.”

This was also mirrored by Seb as well, although the caption posted included a bunch of emojis instead. Seb has also recreated the “Flick the Switch” challenge recently, where two people swap clothes and dance to a Drake song. He did this with his housemate Emma, and in the caption, it read, “Me and my housemate Emma a few too many weeks into isolation.”
