Its a look back at the Married At First Sight couples. Shawniece and Jephte talk kids. He wants a lot, it makes her laugh. Danielle and Bobby talk kids. He wants her to stay home and not work. She’s not sure about that. Amber and Matt talk on a car ride. He wants to have kids in 5-7 years. She is thrown off. She would be 35.

For Liz and Jamie, they decide they are in no rush. Kristine and Keith however, aren’t on the same page. He wants them now and she wants them in 5 years. For Jamie and Doug, he feels pressured while she is ready now.

On to funny moments, after Bobby cared for Danielle during her morning sickness she gives him a harmonica to play to call her while she cares for him. He annoys her, calling every 2 seconds. Shawniece and Jephte have a scare when she thinks her amniotic fluid is dripping. They find out its actually urine. He offers to buy her diapers!

Bringing family into the equation can be difficult. For Mia and Tristan, she throws him under the bus right in front of her family about their living arrangements.

Ashley and Anthony talk about his perfect teeth with his family when she learns they are fake. For Iris and Keith, his family gets concerned when they learn she is a virgin! Sheila and Nate’s family get into it over drinking, making things very awkward during dinner.

Danielle goes to lunch with Bobby’s family when they grill her about being a stay at home mom. Jamie finds himself in an uncomfortable situation when Liz’s dad gets territorial about his little girl.

On to baby news, Shawniece surprised Jephte with news they are expecting by giving him baby shoes. He cries. She is nervous and scared. Danielle and Bobby go back and forth over having a boy vs a girl. Anthony learns that he is having a girl when Ashley gave him a pink tutu. He didn’t want to know the sex of their baby.

Shawniece, Danielle, and Ashley get together to talk about pregnancy. A lot of crying is discussed. Jephte shares with Anthony and Bobby that Shawniece cannot see her fun parts anymore now that she is pregnant. They all laugh.

Upset family members can also be part of the journey. Jasmine’s parents are sad and upset on her wedding day. Meanwhile, Mia’s sisters and her all get into a fight at the bachelorette party. They don’t like the process and worry she might get her heartbroken.

Shawniece’s mother tells her like it is when she shares she might get a divorce. Her mother thinks she and her husband should be wearing their rings. Sheila and Nate’s family cause a scene when his mother gets overwhelmed but this is his dream, he tells her.

On to sweet family moments, Jephte has a moment with his daughter, sharing how much he loves her. Danielle and Bobby get emotional when they see their baby for the first time. Anthony and Ashley talk to their baby about their love and becoming a family. Doug gets emotional when he and Jamie bring their little girl home.

In the last category of the episode, a look back at the births. Jamie has been having Braxton hicks but she realizes that it goes time. After intense labor, Jamie and Doug welcome their baby with happy tears. They can’t get over how lovely and adorable she is. For Shawniece it was 1 in the morning when she went into labor. They were not ready at all. They rush to the hospital. It isn’t long before their bundle of joy arrives.
