According to Lifetime, the movie tells the story of Kaylee, who should be enjoying her life at college. She is popular and is her sorority’s president, so she should be having fun. However, while at a party, her boyfriend, Wally is killed in an unusual way. In fact, he was in a hot tub when he was electrocuted. Kaylee wonders if this was planned, or whether it was the accident police claim it was.

However, Sabrina, Wally’s mother has her own theory. It turns out she doesn’t trust Kaylee and believes the sorority president sought revenge on their family by getting Wally into alcohol and drugs. Moreover, she believes that in this altered state, her son was unaware that he was in danger.

On top of this, Kaylee’s sorority sisters, Winter and Lori, believe she was responsible for the death of her boyfriend. Did she murder Wally to get revenge and why would she even be seeking revenge. Apparently, there was something going on between Wally’s father and Kaylee’s mother.

With so many believing she is guilty, Kaylee must protect her reputation and try to find out who killed Wally. She hosts a sorority party to find out and Chase, the fraternity president, almost dies when drinking the party punch, as it was laced with GHB. Kaylee must now do everything she can to protect herself and find out who is behind Wally’s murder.
