Neighbours Spoilers: Baby Storyline Comes To A Head

Neighbours spoilers and update reveal the baby saga comes to a head on Ramsay Street next week, as newcomer Britney Barnes (Montana Cox) makes a shocking revelation.

This week, David and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) enjoyed their first fathers day with Isla. However, they didn’t realise that they were being stalked all day by a mysterious woman. As the men were distracted by the fireworks and turned away for two seconds, Isla was kidnapped.

Whereas David and Aaron first believe that Nicolette Stone (Charlotte Chimes) is behind the kidnapping, assuming she wants her child back, the truth is that the mysterious woman – Britney Barnes – took Isla.

Neighbours Spoilers – Britney Barnes’s Claims

Britney claims that the baby isn’t Isla at all but her daughter, Abigail. She soon reveals the truth: Britney is the mother of Isla and the real father is Leo. The baby that Nicolette birthed with David is, in fact, still with her in Canberra.

Leo is completely shocked. He had no idea that Britnay – his ex from New York City – was even pregnant and therefore didn’t know he had a child. He is, however, excited to be a father, even though the situation is very complicated.

Britney explains that she did want Leo to know she was pregnant but couldn’t get in contact with him because he ignored all of her efforts at reaching out. She therefore initially decided to keep the baby and raise her alone, conveniently meeting Nicolette in a prenatal class.

Neighbours Spoilers – Postnatal Depression

However, once Britney gave birth to Abigail she suffered from postnatal depression. When Nicolette was struggling to hand over the real Isla to Paul in Canberra, Britney suggested giving Abigail instead.

Wanting to finally do what is right, Leo and Britney decide to give their relationship another shot so they can be a proper family for Abigail.

Aaron and David are struggling with the revelation though, after already bonding with Abigail. So when Nicolette returns with the real baby Isla, demanding a change in their parental conditions, how will they cope?
