Neighbours spoilers and updates reveal there’s a new romance on Ramsay Street – but all is not as it seems!

Harlow (Jemma Donovan) has had a tough time of it lately, especially when it comes to love. Not long after her breakup from Hendrix (Benny Turland) on Neighbours, Harlow turned to Brent (Texas Watterson). Her grandfather Paul (Stefan Dennis) wasn’t pleased, but she defied him, and they dated anyway. But with Brent now in the army, their relationship is now long distance.

Paul sees this as another reason that Harlow shouldn’t be dating Brent and is happy when Harlow tells him they’ve broken up. But Paul isn’t yet ready to stop meddling in his granddaughter’s life. Viewers watched Paul getting the ball rolling last week when he interrogated Jesse Spencer, a newbie who works at The Flamingo Bar. It seems Jesse passed the test because Paul tells Harlow that he is setting them up.

Harlow gladly accepts Paul’s offer, leaving him feeling smug. But what he doesn’t know is that Harlow and Brent haven’t actually broken up, she just wants Paul and Terese to get off her back about him.

Neighbours Spoilers – The Fake Picnic Date

When Harlow chats to Jesse at their fake picnic date, he confides in Harlow that he has a growing relationship with Curtis. At this point, they realize they could both benefit from this devious dating arrangement. Harlow will be left alone, and Jesse can get in the good books with Paul, as he hopes to soon move up the ladder at work.

Thankfully, their plan works. Neighbours spoilers tease Paul and Terese both believe that the match was successful, and they can stop worrying about Harlow.
