Neighbours spoilers and updates reveals Nicolette Stone’s disappearance has caused stress for a lot of people, especially her mother, Jane.
Not only are recent events putting pressure on Jane (Annie Jones) personally, with her family and loved ones, but also at work too – putting her job at risk.
Although she is not coping with her daughter’s disappearance, Jane assures everyone that she’s ready to return to her job as teacher at Erinsborough High School. She puts on a brave face, not wanting to admit that inside she’s about to break.
Neighbours Spoilers – A Long Day Back At School
After a long day back at school, Jane’s emotions get too much for her and she breaks down in an empty hallway. As she looks up, she realises that one of Hendrix’s cameras for his latest project is above her. When she realises her breakdown has been caught on camera, she is furious.
Jane tracks down Hendrix (Benny Turland) and let’s rip at him for invading her privacy. With her mind all over the place, Jane raises her arm to hit the student, before quickly realising what she’s doing and stops.
Hendrix is shocked by what just happened. He can’t believe his own teacher – and neighbour – just reacted in such an angry and violent way. Jane realises immediately and is mortified. She didn’t just scare Hendrix, but herself too.
Neighbours Spoilers – Keeping A Secret
Hendrix considers telling his guardian and headteacher Susan (Jackie Woodburne) what happened, but he realises how much stress Jane has been under and decides to keep what happened a secret. Jane disagrees though – she knows she needs to come clean about what she almost did.
Jane therefore tells Susan what happened and readies herself to face the consequences.
