Neighbours Spoilers: Kyle and Roxy’s Relationship Troubles, Will Sheila’s Idea Help?

Neighbours spoilers and updates reveals since receiving the devastating news that he has cancer, Kyle Canning (Chris Milligan) has been leaning heavily on his girlfriend Roxy Willis (Zima Anderson) for support. His grandmother Sheila (Colette Mann) senses that something is going on, and as result presumes that the couple are having problems – specifically in the bedroom.

Before they know it, Sheila is doing her usual meddling, trying to give Roxy and Kyle some tips. She thinks the couple could benefit from her intimacy coaching, and they do appease her for a while, not wanting her to know the real problem. Kyle’s reason for not telling Sheila is two-fold.

Firstly, he doesn’t want to go through the stress of telling another person, especially someone who will fuss over him. Secondly, he’s worried about his grandmother’s health – he’s not sure her heart could handle the stress. He therefore realises that he needs Sheila to be out of town for his operation, so asks her to go to Frankston so he and Roxy can have some ‘alone time’.

Neighbours Spoilers – Kyle Canning Feels Like He Can Now Relax

With Sheila gone Kyle thinks he can finally relax, but he becomes agitated with his girlfriend. He feels like she’s suffocating her, and as result pulls away from her. Roxy notices this, but does her very best to support him, nonetheless.

Sadly, when Kyle finds out that his cancer has spread and his chances of survival have lowered, he takes his frustrations out on Roxy. Roxy is very emotional and is struggling to hold it together – as she hasn’t told anyone, she’s got no support herself. Eventually Roxy cracks and ends up telling Sheila the truth.

When Kyle finds out, he’s furious. Neither of them can handle the stress, and their relationship looks like it’s about to break. Noticing this, Sheila comes up with another idea, and this time it could genuinely help. She suggests that the pair create honestly boxes, which will allow them to communicate calmly and rationally, rather than exploding at each other.
