Neighbours spoilers and updates reveals when Melanie Pearson (Lucina Cowden) and Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Moloney) decided to make their relationship official, they both decided it’s for the best that Melanie step back from her job at Toadies’ law firm and find employment elsewhere.

Mackenzie and Hendrix have been trying to help Melanie improve her CV so they she gets a great job. She’s got an impressive job history so they can’t understand why her CV misses off some major previous employers. Ignoring Melanie’s decision, Mackenzie decides to send out Melanie’s discarded resume with a full reference history on to try and help her land a job. But what Mackenzie doesn’t know Is there’s a very good reason that she’s taken off any evidence of her previous jobs with one of the highest profile lawyers in Australia.

Neighbours Spoilers – Justin Burke and Melanie Had An Affair

Justin Burke is a major name in the law world, and he used to be Melanie’s boss. It turns out that he and Melanie had an affair and his wife found out. Things got very messy and Melanie, understandably, lost her job. So, when Justin’s wife Dr Anna Burke gets a phone call regarding Melanie’s resume, she’s furious that she would still use them as a reference. Dr Anna goes to Toadies office and puts Melanie in her place, reminders Melanie that the couple have a restraining order out against her.

Melanie is devastated that her secret was exposed in this way, and Toadie is also shocked. He thought they were honest about everything, so he’s thrown to find out she’s hiding such a big secret. Plus, because he and Melanie got together when he was her boss, he’s beginning to doubt their whole relationship.
