Neighbours reveal casting of Benjamin Turland as Pierce Greyson’s son.
Neighbours bosses announced this week that a new regular character is coming to the street, played by former Home and Away actor Benjamin Turland. Ben will play the character Hendrix, Pierce Greyson’s teenage son, and will appear on screens later this month.
Hendrix’s arrival in Erinsborough come just when Pierce (Tim Robrands) reunites with Chloe Brennan (April rose Pengilly). Although she initially thought it was too soon to move on, Chloe receives news that her mother’s Huntington’s symptoms are worsening and decides that life is too short to hang around.
As Chloe and Pierce enjoy their time together, she can’t help but notice his weird behaviour after receiving a mysterious phone call; he’s become distracted and she wants to know why. It’s not long until the truth is revealed, when Pierce introduces Chloe to his 17 year old son Hendrix, who’s just been expelled from boarding school.
Chloe had no idea that Pierce has a teenage son, so forces him to come clean about his past. He tells her all about his history with Hendrix’s mother, Lisa. He reveals that he had little involvement in his son’s upbringing, but it’s time to make up for that. He also reveals that Hendrix has a younger sister, who is likely to head to Ramsay Street at some point in the future.

As Hendrix settles into his new life in Erinsborough, Pierce struggles to handle his son, who resents his father for his lack of involvement when he was growing up. Hendrix therefore decides it’s time to get back at his father, firstly by causing troubles for his love life. Taking a liking to Chloe, Hendrix subtly tries to make a move on her, leaving her in a very awkward position.
Will Hendrix and Pierce fix their broken relationship?
