Bridgerton News: Jonathan Bailey Joins Heartstopper Season 3

Bridgerton fans have something to celebrate.  If you have been missing the handsome Jonathan Bailey on the soaps Netflix series, you can catch him in Heartstopper Season 3.  Here’s what you need to know about the Anthony Bridgerton portrayer’s new gig, keep reading for all the details.

Heartstopper Season 3 is set to hit Netflix in October 2024.  The British dramedy became an unexpected hit and Netflix viewers fell in love with teen lovebirds Charlie and Nick.  The sweet LGBTQ series is based on a graphic novel by Alice Oseman, with the same name.

Bridgerton Star – Joins New TV Show

According to Heartstopper Season 3 spoilers, Bridgerton star Jonathan Bailey will appear in the new 2024 season on Netflix.  According to Oseman, ” Jonathan Bailey will be making a cameo appearance as Jack Maddox, an Instagram-famous classicist and celebrity crush of Charlie. 

It was an absolute joy to see Hayley, Eddie and Jonathan’s talent alongside our existing cast, and I can’t wait for the Heartstopper fans to meet these new characters.”

In addition to the Bridgerton star joining the cast, Jonathan Bailey will be joined by two other new faces. 

Agent Carter star Hayley Atwell and Ray Donovan’s Eddie Marsan will also appear in the new Heartstopper episodes this fall. 

Atwell will be playing the part of Nick’s Aunt, and the duo will spend a lot of time together in the new season, according to Netflix spoilers.

According to new Heartstopper spoilers from TV Line, “Season 3, which finds Andy Newbery taking over directing duties from EP Euros Lyn, stars returning cast members Joe Locke and Kit Connor as high-school sweethearts Charlie and Nick, William Gao and Yasmin Finney as newly minted couple Tao and Elle, Corinna Brown and Kizzy Edgell as “best gal pals” and then some Tara and Darcy, Tobie Donovan as troubled Isaac, Leila Khan and Rhea Norwood as old friends (and new something mores?) Sahar and Imogen, and Jenny Walser as Charlie’s sister, fan fave Tori.”
