Per the latest reports, Senator John Fetterman says Trump won because he protects the American way of life, and says Trump is not a fascist like Kamala Harris claimed.

Fetterman says he knows a lot of Democrats in Pennsylvania who voted for Trump. He even put it this way, “A lot of Democrats, especially in my state that I know and I happen to love people that [voted] for Trump and they are not fascists.”

“I think people are going to decide who is the candidate that’s going to protect and project my version of the American way of life. And that’s what happened.”

What’s Next For Donald Trump And His Administration?

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “Sounds like a rational, intelligent democrat that Trump can work with…….for a minute. It’s also strategically a good move for him considering how split PA is. He doesn’t have the luxury to have extreme opinions because he wouldn’t get reelected.”

Another critic wrote, “He can talk the talk to appeal to red Pennsylvania in order to try to win reelection someday, but the real test will be how he votes. He isn’t a commentator, but a Senator so he better work with and vote for some of Trump’s agenda.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Senator Fetterman’s acknowledgment of Trump’s appeal among Pennsylvania Democrats challenges the divisive labels often thrown in politics. It’s a reminder that voters prioritize protecting their vision of the American way of life over partisan narratives.”

“He’s saying all the right things, but Fetterman votes with Democrats over 93% of the time. I won’t believe him until he puts his votes into action for Trump’s policies.”
