According to Newsweek, the former president implied that a third world war might happen, should he not be elected president again for the second time come November.

During a summit that was hosted by Turning Point Action in West Palm Beach over the weekend, Trump stunned the crowd with his prediction. He thinks he’s the only man in the country that could prevent another war on a worldwide scale.

He said, “I will prevent World War III, nobody else is going to say that, we are closer today to World War III than we’ve been since the Second World War. We will restore peace through strength, that’s what we had.”

If that weren’t enough, he also took the opportunity to bash his former opponent Hillary Clinton while he was at it, too.

Trump said, “She used to say look at him, he will get us into war, look at his attitude. I said no, my attitude is going to keep you out of war, that’s what happened.”

“We had no new wars other than I defeated ISIS but that was a war that was already started. I defeated 100 percent of the ISIS caliphate.”

Now, whether or not Donald Trump actually makes it to the White House remains to be seen as his current opponent Kamala Harris already has a lead against him in the polls. It’s certainly going to be an uphill battle for the former New York businessman at this point.
