Things are certainly getting personal. There’s a new report that says California Governor Gavin Newsom couldn’t hold back as he counterattacked Donald Trump over the California fires. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

According to the latest reports, Governor Gavin Newsom says he is so furious at Trump for blaming him for the California fires that he won’t even respond.

Newsom, who has directed billions of gallons of water into the Pacific Ocean, fumed that Trump would blame him.

He put it this way, “One can’t even respond to it… This guy wanted to politicize it. I, I, I, I, I have a lot of thoughts and I know what I want to say. I won’t.”

It goes without saying that the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.

Some have even commented with, “People’s lives are destroyed and he’s mad that Trump is criticizing his failed leadership. He’s intentionally failing at his job. He wants to secure the 2028 dem nomination.”

What’s Next For Gavin Newsom And The State Of California?

Another critic wrote, “This is California. They regulate the dumping of water into the ocean because of ‘Delta Smelt’. It’s insane. They are more worried about fish than human lives and the cost of rebuilding what was lost.”

“The state faces significant water challenges, and wasting billions of gallons of water would be environmentally irresponsible and politically damaging.”

And then there was this comment as well: “He has wasted billions of dollars on the train that no one will ride. Neglecting Prop 1 for a decade that would have likely been able to supply water to help fight the fire. Even the @latimes has a hard time covering up his ineptitude.”
