Now that he’s settled in, he’s ready to work. Of course, we are talking about JD Vance as his first order of business has been revealed. Vice President JD Vance has announced that he and his wife Usha Vance, along with their three children have moved in to their new home in Washington, D.C.

He wrote on X (formerly Twitter): “My kids are settling in to the Vice President’s official residence, and I just want to say: thank you to the American people.”

“While we don’t own this property, it is a beautiful home for our three little kids. We are grateful, and will take good care of it.”

Meanwhile, the new vice president once lovingly describes how he and his wife grew up in America where they were taught to think of people as people and not their skin color. 

He said, “I want us to think about all of our kids, whatever the color of their skin, they’re just our babies, they’re American babies.”

What’s Next For JD Vance And The Donald Trump Administration?

Of course, his fans and followers certainly had a lot to say about it. Many took to social media to comment with, “JD Vance already making a statement as a future VP, humble, grounded, and focused on family.”

“It’s refreshing to see someone who appreciates what they’ve been entrusted with. This is the kind of leadership America deserves, respecting the people’s trust and taking care of what’s been given to them.”

Another critic wrote, “I hope you’ll be very happy there, Mr. Vice President. But be on notice: in four years we the people are going to ask you to move your family again. This time, to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Grace, gratitude and humility by JDVANCE; we have not seen that in a long time… You never saw it from Harris, Biden, Clinton or Obama, they acted as if they deserved and were entitled to them.”

“J.D.’s humility is laudable and is not something we’ve seen from prior occupants. So glad we have this Marine leading our nation along with President Trump.”
