Barron Trump is the only child of former supermodel Melania Trump and former POTUS Donald Trump. He is in his first year at NYU and the cameras have been following him, and his bodyguards, all over campus.
Where does Barron retire to at the end of a long day of lectures and labs? The answer may surprise you. Keep reading to find out where Barron hangs his hat these days!
Barron Trump Stays Home
Would you be surprised to know that Barron has decided to live at home while attending classes? Barron’s dad is running for reelection in November and he survived two known assassination attempts this year.
So perhaps the family thinks it prudent for Barron to stay sheltered in the safety of his parent’s insulated cocoon.
Many of Barron’s peers will have traveled far and wide to attend NYU and incorporated a plethora of living arrangements. Luckily for Barron, his parents have an established NYC address that he calls home.
Melania told Fox & Friends’ Ainsley Earhardt this week: “I could not say I’m an empty nester. I don’t feel that way.”
She added that it was his Barron’s “decision to come here, that he wants to be in New York and study in New York and live in his home, and I respect that.”
One poster disagreed with Melania, writing “Too bad. Going away to school gives kids a chance to redefine themselves and step away from all the pre-conceived notions. Obviously, this isn’t an affordable option for many — but it is for Barron, and he would benefit from getting out of his parent’s shadows IMO.”
Barron Trump Lives At Home
Barron may fly away from the nest at some point but for now he remains at the family’s Trump Tower residence on Fifth Avenue.
As another poster wrote “Barron can have his valet, maids, bodyguards and cooks do everything that most college kids have to figure out on their own. It is a form of entitlement and enablement.”
Tell us what you think of Barron’s decision to live at home during his first year of college—is it entitlement or common sense?
