What Are Barron Trump’s College Plans?

What Are Barron Trump’s College Plans?Fans of Barron Trump are disappointed that they won’t get to see the teen at the July 2024 Republican National Convention.

Last week it was announced that the 18-year old only child of former POTUS Donald Trump and former supermodel Melania Trump would have a key role in his father’s presidential nomination process.

But hours later those plans were dashed when Melina put the kibosh on her son’s participation. Her office issued a terse statement saying that Barron would be unable to attend due to prior commitments.

Barron Trump – Won’t Join His Siblings At RNC In July

Many felt that Barron’s presence at the convention would serve as his official foray into the political realm.

But then the Daily Mail announced that Barron would be absent (at least as a delegate) due to “prior commitments.” Barron himself has not spoken about the drastic change in plans.

We know that Melania and Barron are super close, and she has often spoken about their warm bond.

Barron – Has Not Spoken About His Summer Plans

Interestingly enough, The Donald told WPHT, a Philadelphia radio station, that his youngest son “does like politics. It’s kind of funny. He’ll tell me sometimes, ‘Dad, this is what you have to do.’”

It sounds like Barron is supportive of his father and last minute news reveals that his busy father will be allowed to attend his upcoming high school graduation ceremony.

It will be an active day for the Trumps as Donald will also be at the Minnesota GOP Reagan Lincoln Dinner that same evening.

Is Melania Running Her Son Barron’s Life?

In the meantime Barron is reportedly checking out possible colleges to attend this fall. It’s been suggested that Barron was looking at Columbia, Brown, or MIT.

Those choices make sense since the family resides in Florida and if Barron was accepted into any of those tree schools he would be conveniently located on the east coast.

Now it’s your turn, what do you think about Barron’s decision to nix being a delegate at the RNC. Are you surprised that Barron’s mom announced a reversal of plans?

Or do you think that Barron’s priorities lay in selecting a college since he is 18 and graduating from high school soon?
