1000-Lb Sisters spoilers reveal that Tammy Slaton has continued to lose weight after her surgery. But amid filming the new season, Tammy fought with her siblings. And the battle became physical, causing the show to take a hiatus.

1000-Lb Sisters Spoilers – A Family Fight Gets Physical!

Because of Tammy Slaton’s weight loss success, the 1000-Lb Sisters star can travel without so many challenges. And so producers took the entire family to Florida.

But amid filming the upcoming season, Tammy fought with her siblings Amy Slaton, 35, Amanda Halterman, 42, and Chris Combs, 41. And the battle turned physical, an insider told the Sun.

Producers had wanted to film the cast enjoying themselves in Florida. However, the fight got so intense that the film crew hesitated,  to continue filming, according to the source. “The film crew was present,” noted the insider about the fight. “But they felt uncomfortable working with them because of the way they were behaving.”

And after the entire family “really got into” the battle, the crew reportedly decided to arrange for a hiatus. As a result, 1000-Lb Sisters filming will break for six to eight weeks. Producers hope that will give the cast time to reconcile. But despite family problems, Tammy has continued to lose weight.

1000-Lb Sisters Spoilers – Tammy Continues Weight Loss

When Tammy left rehab, she weighed 400 pounds. But some worried that the death of her husband Caleb Willingham would cause her to regain weight. However, Tammy has continued to shed pounds. And she  now weighs less than 340 pounds.

“Tammy thought she weighed 370 pounds,” revealed an insider. But when she checked her weight, the 1000-Lb Sisters star got a happy surprise. “And she actually lost more than she had thought. She’s down to 334 and doing awesome,” added the source.

However, Tammy, 36, did get a wake-up call from Caleb’s death. The 40-year-old had gained weight recently. “They were best friends and were supporters of each other in the clinic,” shared an insider. “And [his death is] devastating for her.”

But Caleb lacked Tammy’s determination to lose weight, according to the source. “Tammy went through the same experience that Caleb did and wanted him to get better,” added the insider. “But he just didn’t have a drive [to lose weight]. She didn’t have the drive for a bit and was struggling and not caring. And I think Caleb had the same mindset.” However, Tammy seems to have regained her motivation to lose weight and get healthy.
