And the 37-year-old reality TV star also demonstrated how she can do chores in her house in Kentucky more easily. Showing off her weight loss, Tammy tied back her hair and wore camo print leggings. But the 1000-Lb Sisters star made the biggest impression on her social media followers by showing how she doesn’t need a walker anymore.

And after losing 300 pounds, Tammy pointed out, “My mobility is so much better now than it used to be. But I still have 100 pounds to lose.” However, she added, “I’ve already got so much energy, I can’t imagine being, you know, 100 pounds lighter.”

And Tammy confessed, “I always said I didn’t want children, because I didn’t think I was going to be able to do it. But with the weight loss, I mean, it’s putting everything in perspective, so… I’m hopeful.”
