Trolls keep mocking Tammy Slaton on social media as a result of her fame on 1000-Lb Sisters. But spoilers via the Blast reveal Tammy calling out a critic for exceptionally cruel comments.

And the 1000-Lb Sisters star responded when a social media follower questioned Tammy about getting “that gobbler removed.” The critic claimed that the 1000-Lb Sisters star seemed to suffer from speech problems due to her so-called “gobbler.”

However, Tammy cried when she tried to defend herself. The troll had asked, “Why do you sound like that? You sound like you can’t breathe and you got some stuck in your throat also. Are you gonna get that gobbler removed?”

And the 1000-Lb Sisters star slammed the critic as “so rude.” But through her tears, Tammy also revealed that she depends on her doctors rather than trolls to determine her next step on her health journey.

But Tammy also revealed, “My ‘gobbler’ will get removed one day when my doctors say I’m ready to. I haven’t started plot telling yet. You make me feel so insecure sometimes. I can’t help it but at the same time, I’m proud of it.”

And the 1000-Lb Sisters star discussed her loose skin hanging from her arms. Tammy admitted that she struggled with what she termed her “bingo wings.”

However, the reality TV star declared that she takes pride in how much weight she lost on her health journey thus far. But she also confessed that she feels unattractive. And Tammy shared, “I’m proud of myself. Do I still think I’m ugly? Yes. Am I getting pretty? Yes.”

But the 1000-Lb Sisters star also explained why her voice sounded different. Because some of her family were asleep when she recorded her video, she tried to keep her voice soft. But in trying to defend herself, Tammy looked tearful.

And the 1000-Lb Sisters star, 37, then received supportive feedback from her social media fans. For instance, one follower told Tammy, “Don’t you dare let them get you down baby girl!!! You are doing wonderful. And you are beautiful inside and out. Merry Christmas, sweetheart.”

And another fan admitted, “I don’t understand why people are so mean! You are absolutely beautiful and don’t let anyone tell you any different. You have worked hard and you should be proud!!”
