Former Bachelorette Contestant Chad Johnson Wins Round In Harassment Lawsuit
According to Deadline, a judge rules this week that Johnson had proven multiple chauses of action against Sunset Studios Entertainment LLC and Cristina Cimino, an executive for the company. A judge in the case granted Johnson’s affirmative motion for summary adjudication on his causes of action for sexual harassment, failure to prevent harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and fraud by intentional misrepresentation.
As many fans can recall, Chad Johnson has competed in JoJo Fletcher’s Season 12 of The Bachelorette in 2016 and also made an appearance on Bachelor in Paradise. In 2018, he was looking to make his way into the entertainment industry and was actively looking for film and television roles. Apparently, Sunset Studios and Cimono contacted the reality television star via his Instagram account and according to the suit, Cimono used her position and credentials as a producer to get Johnson to talk to her.

When Cimono offered Johnson two movie roles, he accepted with employment agreements. However, when Johnson told Cimono that he was no longer interested in maintaining a sexual or romantic relationship with her, she allegedly withdrew those offers and denied him roles in both films.
