‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Amy Slaton Breaks Silence After Arrest, Video

1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton and Brian Scott Lovvorn were arrested on Monday at a Tennesse zoo and safari park. It came after reports that a camel bit someone and police smelled a suspicious odor in the car. Additionally, The TLC star also faces two charges of child endangerment. Now she’s been released, she broke her silence. 

Amy Slaton Had A Bad Day 

Labor weekend turned into a nightmare for the TLC star when she took her two boys, Gage and Glenn to see the animals at a zoo and safari park. Instead of a fun day out, she ended up being arrested after she was allegedly bitten by a camel. However, the owner couldn’t find any video footage of the camel crime and claimed Amy couldn’t tell him where the incident happened. 

Because of the mushrooms and weed found in the car, the police arrested Amy Slaton. Possession charges were filed as well as two counts of child endangerment. It’s not clear what happened with the children. Until Thursday, the 1000-Lb Sisters star and her male friend sat behind bars but they are out now, as their bail of $10K each was paid. 

1000-Lb Sisters Star Breaks Silence 

When the TLC star was released along with Brian Scott Lovvorn, WBBJ7 news was on hand to capture the moment. As the couple walked out, they held hands and the reporter asked Amy if she had anything to say. And, the reply came as she walked on without stopping. All of a sudden the reality TV star seems rather shy of the camera. 

Amy Slaton simply waved off the reporters, but she did say something. The 1000-Lb  Sisters star said that she had nothing to say, but added:

I’m sorry for everything.

Well, that didn’t cut it for TLC fans who feel disappointed and angry with the 1000-Lb Sisters star. So, they took to the comments and vented. Here are some of their reactions:

• Why do people like her have a show to begin with? She’s not mother material. I feel so bad for her small children.
• How disgraceful she should know better then (sic) to be on drugs.
• 2 ounces of weed? Who just has 2 ounces and shrooms to carry around with them especially with your kids and going to a zoo? smh Amy never ride dirty and never with your kids in the car. Maybe her ex should have the kids.
• what is wrong with her ????? she could lose her boys didn’t she think about that????
• Poor babies & you know this isn’t the first time. Probably what was causing those crazy meltdowns on the show.
