Bachelorette Alum Clare Crawley And Ryan Dawkins Expect Their First Baby!

Season 16 of The Bachelorette on ABC had a twist when Clare Crawley fell for Dale Moss right away. The producers had to make a last-minute switch and brought in Tayshia Adams as the new lead.

Clare’s relationship with Dale didn’t last, but she ultimately found love with Ryan Dawkins, and they’re now expecting their first child together.

Bachelorette: Clare Crawley And Ryan Dawkins Happiness

Almost three years ago now, rumors arose that Clare might have been fired from the show because she only had eyes for Dale Moss. Well, that turned out to be true, and many fans dissed her for it.

Mind you, they celebrated because Tayshia Adams came in, instead. At the time, even Chris Harrison seemed a bit annoyed with the ABC star, which was unusual. Mind you, now that she and Ryan expect a baby, he was one of the first to congratulate them. 

Ironically, despite their on-again, off-again relationship, Clare never married Dale Moss. Instead, the Bachelorette alum met Ryan, who had never starred on the ABC show at all. She fell in love and they tied the knot. Since then, they purchased a home together and she’s been busy redecorating. This week she revealed that they expect their first baby together. If you don’t know, Ryan has kids from a previous relationship. 

Bachelorette: Clare Crawley Will Have A Surrogate 

Taking to her Instagram on July 12, the former ABC star shared a video about hanging out some laundry. In it, she carried out a basket, and Ryan helped her hang it all up. One of the onesies said, “Worth The Wait!” In her caption, she wrote, “Our laundry is about to get a whole lot cuter in 2024!!” Next, she mentioned that she’s living her “dream.”

The Bachelorette alum contained by saying, “Baby Dawkins will be arriving via our amazing angel surrogate, in January 2024!!” Furthermore, she couldn’t be more delighted. She told her followers, “…we navigated the uncertain world of IVF and all that comes with it up until this point. I can’t wait to share it all with you soon what it’s been like for us.“

Bachelorette fans rushed to chat about the news in the comments. Apart from Chris Harrison, Kaitlyn Bristowe also tuned up. She wrote, “This is incredible, so happy for you ❤️.” Meanwhile, other colleagues like Hannah Brown also sent in their thoughts and love. All of them seemed to be very nice.
