The Reddit thread starts out with, “On Monday, I got some messages saying that production is having a lot of problems with Clare during filming. Among other things, she canceled everything that was supposed to happen that Saturday before, and they called in a new Bachelorette. They are recasting her with Tayshia. Tayshia is already quarantining at the hotel and they should be taking her phone on Friday. The plan is for her to call back some guys that have already been eliminated.”

While ABC is yet to make any comments about these new developments, Reality Steve is definitely investigating the matter on his end. He wrote on his end, “I’ve been made aware of this Reddit post making the rounds. Been on the phone for the last two hours diffing. I cannot confirm with 100 percent certainty if it’s true yet, but if you ask my opinion, I think there is some serious validity to it based on what I’m hearing now.”

Back in June, reports indicated that the entire season would be filmed in just one location in order to keep the cast and crew healthy and safe from the virus. Everyone was expected to quarantine for 14 days before the first day of filming, with ongoing Covid-19 testing part of the new routine.
