Below Deck Spoilers – Captain Lee Boards A New Show
Captain Lee Rosbach will soon set sail for his new TV gig. And after getting booted off Below Deck, the 74-year-old will investigate murder on the high seas, per Us.
Oxygen has tapped Captain Lee’s talents to star in the new true crime series, Deadly Waters. And the show, currently in production, explores murders that occurred in the ocean and open waters.
But after a decade starring on Below Deck, Captain Lee will noticeably be absent in the upcoming season. Rosbach first joined the show in 2013, when it debuted. However, in 2022, Lee took a break for health issues, with Below Deck Mediterranean star Captain Sandy Yawn temporarily filling in before he returned.

Below Deck Spoilers – Who Will Replace Captain Lee?
As a result of Bravo’s decision to boot Captain Lee from Below Deck, season 11 will see his replacement at the helm. And Below Deck Adventure star Captain Kerry Titheradge, 48, will step into Lee’s place for season 11.
But Kerry admitted, “I know I have big shoes to fill. But I like it that way. We all have good days full of rainbows and unicorns,” he added. “And then we have some bad days. I expect perfection. You work hard, you will be rewarded. You f–k around, and I will f–king turn in a heartbeat.”
However, Captain Lee shared that he didn’t plan to leave Below Deck. And he admitted, “That came right out of left field. I did not see that one coming at all.” And Bravo didn’t give Lee a reason for firing him.

Below Deck Spoilers – Would Captain Lee Return?
“We would like to move in a new direction,” quoted the Below Deck fan favorite about what the network told him. “But I mean, that’s kind of a cliche that everybody uses when they find themselves in that situation where they’re going to let somebody go. ‘I’m going to move in a new direction. We want to freshen it up a little.’ [They are] tired cliches that get overused.”
But Lee recently starred on another Bravo show, Couch Talk With Captain Lee and Kate. And the show starred Lee with his favorite Below Deck co-star Kate Chastain offering reviews of different shows on Bravo. However, Lee would still consider returning to Below Deck. And he revealed, “If they found that they needed me back on the show, I’d go back. I’ve done it for 10 years and I would kind of like to — if I’m going to make an exit — do it on different terms.”
