Below Deck Down Under Spoilers – Ahoy, Captain Jason!
Captain Jason Chambers become an immediate fan favorite when Below Deck Down Under first aired. And together with Chief Stew Aesha Scott, Jason turned the Below Deck spin-off into a hit. The reality TV show will return for a second season this summer. And a new teaser trailer reveals that Captain Jason and Aesha both return for Below Deck Down Under season two, according to People.
Spoilers reveal Captain Jason guiding his crew on how to fulfill every wish of VIP guests for a sail around Australia. And the 38-year-old captain makes it clear that he wants his ship to run exactly as he desires. “This season, from the captain’s point of view, I have to look after my standards,” explained Jason. “That’s five-star silver service.” And he added, “As a team, we’re not going to settle for anything less than perfection.”
However, the crew and ship don’t always fulfill Captain Jason’s high standards. For instance, an equipment malfunction occurs. And shattered glasses cause problems. But through it all, the captain seeks to satisfy his guests. And to that end, Chambers even sports striped briefs for an underwear party. The teaser also reveals Jason serving breakfast in bed to a guest, complete with a red rose in his teeth.
Below Deck Down Under Spoilers – Aesha Scott Takes Charge!
Fans will also enjoy the return of chief stew Aesha Scott, who starred on seasons four through five of Below Deck Mediterranean. But she and Jason get help from other crew members. And Below Deck Down Under season two also stars chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph, bosun Luke Jones, deckhands Adam Lukasiewicz and Harry Van Vliet, and stews Laura Bileskaine and Margot Sisson. But as Jason points out, the key to keeping the guests happy involves five-star service.
And while viewers won’t get that silver service, they will enjoy watching the scenic adventures in the waters around Cairns, including the Great Barrier Reef. Captain Jason promised that even more than season one, the second season of Below Deck Down Under will feature “underwater scenery and activities to show what North Queensland, Australia, really has to offer.”
And the captain also praised Aesha. “As for the crew, Aesha and I work stronger than ever as a duo. There’s also a lot of emotional crew drama and entertaining guests. This season is worth the wait and is the perfect summertime escape,” added Jason. However, prepare for drama ranging from a feud involving the captain and the chef and some romances below deck. Below Deck Down Under season two debuts July 17 at 8 p.m. E.T on on Bravo.
