After serving as chief stew on Below Deck Med for five seasons, Hannah Ferrier continues to track the reality show. And the Below Deck Med alum, 36, just reacted via Us to a teaser for this season of the show from second stew Kyle Viljoen.
Kyle appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen recently. And amid his appearance, the 31-year-old Below Deck Med second stew talked about challenges in the yachting industry. However, Kyle also teased a scandal, hinting that Below Deck Med will reveal Captain Sandy getting angry at a guest.
And after seeing the teaser, Hannah reacted. “Augh. I get why you try replace me every season,” she mocked on social media. That shade comes after Hannah ranked as the chief stew who lasted the longest on Below Deck Med. However, Kate Chastain served for six seasons on Below Deck. And Below Deck Sailing Yacht has revealed Daisy Kelliher filling the role of chief stew on three seasons.

However, Hannah has shared how her problematic interactions with Captain Sandy, 59, impacted her exit from Below Deck Med. And after beginning their working relationship in 2017, the two constantly clashed. But the feud became worse amid season 5.
And bosun Malia White reported Hannah for possessing Valium and a CBD vape pen in her cabin. As a result, Captain Sandy fired Hannah. And the Below Deck Med captain defended that decision.
“When the trust level is broken for me as a captain, I’m not taking anybody to sea. People [tried] to take my license over the years, really, because of things that happen [with the] crew,” said Sandy. But Hannah claimed that Sandy never liked her.

And the former chief stew contended that Below Deck Med editors changed viewers’ impressions. “The way things can be edited — it was probably edited in a way where it looks like we were better than we were for the years before that we filmed together,” Hannah claimed. But in contrast, she shared that she and Captain Sandy “weren’t friendly at all.”
And the Below Deck Med alum claimed that she faced “every season sitting down with production going, ‘How can we get these two working together where it’s an environment where they can [coexist]?’ What had happened is she had watched the show before she came on, and she made her decision about me on a few things that had happened. I think it was, like, about 45 seconds from our first introduction, they had to stop production and be like, ‘Sandy, you can’t talk to her like that.’ Like, straight off the bat.”
