Below Deck Spoilers – Captain Sandy Yawn Copes With ‘Crazy’ Crew

The Italian Riviera offers a picturesque destination for season eight of Below Deck Med. But while the guests enjoy the luxury, Captain Sandy Yawn and her crew experience one challenge after another.

However, spoilers via People reveal that the crew itself causes some problems.

And one Below Deck Med cast member gets blunt about the situation. “I have never come across a crew that’s this crazy. And I don’t think I ever will,” says Tumi Mhlongo, who moves from Below Deck Down Under to become Chief Stew on Below Deck Mediterranean season eight.

Stews Natalya Scudder and Kyle Viljoen also return for the new season. 

And watch for Deckhand Luka Brunton to hop on board from Below Deck Down Under as well.

Newcomers in season eight include Chef Jack Luby, Bosun Ruan Irving, Stew Jessika Asai and Deckhands Haleigh Gorman and Lara Du Preez. But trouble arises for one stew.

Below Deck Spoilers – A Romance And An Injury Add Drama

And spoilers show Captain Sandy warning, “I have to leave you at the dock. Otherwise, we’re detained.” That warning from the Captain, 58, is directed at Jessika in a preview. 

Meanwhile, the crew creates a “big gay breakfast” for a group of guests. But problems arise as a panel falls down from the ceiling. And the cast doesn’t all get along. For instance, spoilers reveal Kyle calling someone a “fake a*s bitch talking s**t behind my back since day one.”

Add in a romance involving Jessika and Luca and an injury, and prep for drama in season eight. And a sneak peek shows that Captain Sandy’s injury causes her to leave the boat temporarily.

However, she still keeps her attention focused.

And a sneak peek reveals Sandy issuing a warning to a crew member. “I have ears, I have eyes, I hear you talk out of both sides of your mouth daily,” she cautions. “Every situation that’s happened, guess who’s the common denominator? I will pull you on the dock so fast if you don’t change.”
