Chase Chrisley Says He’s Sober And Doing Better Than Ever

Chase Chrisley is getting his life back and beating his alcohol addiction once and for all. Yes, it was initially hard to cope with his dad Todd and mom Julie Chrisley in prison, but he’s picking up the pieces and wheeling his life towards a better and healthier direction.

The star chose to stay away from social media following the arrests of his parents for committing a federal crime.

Chase Chrisley Reveals He’s Feeling Better Than He Has In Years

In January, Chase ran into some legal trouble when he was involved in an altercation at a bar in the Buckhead area.

Following the incident, Chase apparently made the big decision to change his life and voilá, he’s nearly 1-month alcohol free and doing better than ever.

He shared this news with a snap of himself smiling at the camera and looking healthy. A body of water served as his background, as he captioned the post, “Almost one month alcohol free, feeling better than I have in years. God is good #sober #sobriety.”

The ‘Chrisley Knows Best‘ star might not have told fans the turning point that made him rethink his lifestyle choices, but they were happy and rooting for him all the same.

“I just passed 2 years! Congrats Chase! Life is good sober!” one fan wrote, with another adding, “OMG! That’s awesome! And by sharing, you’re bringing hope to so many families!”

Another chose to give him some added incentives on why he should stay the course, writing, “Keep it up for your relationships and most of all for your health and your every day life.”

Chase has suffered his share of losses in recent times, with the passing away of his sister’s fiancé Nic Kerdiles from a tragic accident.

He and Nic were very close prior to the latter’s death in a motorcycle wreck in Nashville. His last post on Instagram before this recent update was a birthday shout-out for Nic.

In December, Chase lost his beloved dog Lilo, who fans may recognize from their reality TV show. If you’ve ever kept up with the family, you’d likely recognize that Lilo was like Chase’s baby.
