Todd spoke out about the prison conditions in his first-ever television interview with News Nation. Savannah was also on a press tour about her parents’ prison sentence.
Earlier this month, Todd shared what his daughter has talked about. He experienced black mold, expired food, and rat infestation. He also recalled a time when a dead cat fell out onto a table of food.
Due to the poor conditions, Todd has been living off peanut butter and tuna. Brian Entin from News Nation got backlash for interviewing the former reality star. Some called it a “career-ending” moment.

I think there being spoiled rotten kids and think the there parents should be home. I get that there punishment was a lot more than other people have gotten. But to complain like they have on social media was not the way to go at all. They made themselves look like Rick ppl should get away with everything. Now if it was us a everyday Joe nobody would be helping us out. So Todd gets transferred to another prison (boo hoo) maybe they will learn now to just shut mouths. I’m sorry if people don’t agree with me but, I did this to themselves.
What did he expect. In his everyday life he bitched about everything he didnt like. Everything. Goes to prison did anyone expect him to change, No. He hates the fact he cant control everything. SO he bitches. Instead of learning and making the best of each day. He will bitch to days end even lie to get media attention.
I really think the punishment for both the Chrisley’s were given a wrongful sentencing. And if a prison has all the problems going on need to be addressed not thrown under the carpet. Someone in charge needs to be investigated as Todd is not the only person living in that and this needs addressed. Hopefully Todd and Julie can get this nightmare they are in solved and let them go home. They do not belong in this place at all
