The Chrisley Family felt the void of not having their mother Julie Chrisley on Mothers Day to celebrate her. Julie is locked away in Prison for being guilty of financial crimes and she’ll be back after spending seven years there.
Julie’s children Chase and Savannah Chrisley took to social media to share their grief. Chase, 26, kept his post short and simple by posting throwback pictures of his mom with the caption, “Happy Mothers Day my angel! I love you!”
However, Savannah made her post very lengthy, making sure she drove home the fact that she misses her mother and that Mothers Day is incomplete without her. Savannah also made a video montage set to Kacey Musgraves’ emotional track “Mother.”

The 25-year-old began her post, “Mothers Day – this one hit hard! I’ve been DREADING the holidays. First it was Easter, then Dads Birthday, now Mothers Day, and on the 16th it will be Grays 17th birthday.”
She continued, “A lot of firsts happening…and frankly…I HATE IT! I’m angry! I hold it all in pretty well…I’ve mastered the art of compartmentalizing. I may be 25… but I miss my mama so bad my heart hurts.”
Savannah went on to say, “For those that have misconceptions of who JULIE CHRISLEY is … let me help you, SHE IS an OUTSTANDING mother, SHE IS and even more AMAZING wife, SHE IS an even better daughter.”
“SHE IS one hell of a friend, SHE IS a woman of God, SHE IS a breast cancer survivor, SHE IS a mother to more than just the children she birthed, SHE IS loyal, SHE IS fierce, SHE IS… EVERYTHING that I hope to be. I MISS YOU MAMA ❤️ I will forever fight for you.”
Savannah who has always been vocal that she’s convinced her parents are innocent of the crimes they were found guilty of, concluded her post with, “Clear up NASTY rumors from people who would love nothing more than to see my family torn apart. My parents are MADLY in love with each other and will come out of this trial even stronger and more in love than before.”
Apart from Julie, their dad Todd was also found guilty of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States and tax fraud, and is currently serving his jail time of 12 years in Federal Prison Camp Pensacola, Florida.
After the Chrisley couple are done serving their time of seven and twelve years of jail time, they will each serve an additional 16 months of probation.
